I find the beautiful transparent effects of watercolor really appealing.
When I paint wet on wet I am thrilled by the way the colors flow together
and over each other, offering exciting opportunities for expression. I
glaze colors by layering transparent washes until the effect is right.
My subjects are chosen from interactions with nature, sketches from life,
and photos of people and places that are meaningful to me and inspire
my art. I hope you enjoy my watercolors.
